Embellishments are a little bit like wedding cake icing. They adorn the cakes to have more beautiful look. Wedding embellishments can add color, texture and individuality to a simple, structured form of the wedding dress. Basically, wedding dress comes in plain style but most brides do not want a plain wedding dress. They want a wedding dress which is adorned more.
The brides usually want to add their own special touch. The difficulty is how to choose the right embellishments to go with the wedding dress harmoniously. Choosing the precise dress embellishment can be tricky since there are lots of pretty choices. We don’t have to give too many embellishments to the dress because it will just make the dress look too excessive.
At least, we can add two or three different embellishments, such as lace, beading and sequins. They will not overpower the overall design of the dress. Some common wedding dress embellishments are applique, beading, crystal, edging, embroidery, fringe, gems, sequins and palettes.
